Service Description

Through movement practices and writing exercises we will explore turning inwards towards our own truths, needs, and creativity. Join us for this four-part series facilitated by Cordelia McKusick and erin feldman live and in-person at Studio Helix in Northampton, Ma. As we get closer to the winter solstice the external world becomes darker and quieter. At the same time, commerce and socializing are speeding up for the Holidaze. Together we will rest, play, wonder, and work on practices that help us balance the demands of life and this season. 11/12 - Duality 11/26 - Transitions 12/3 - Heart 12/10 - Darkness
